Özet: Six Sigma is the careful and effective implementation of proven quality principles. Six Sigma, combining the elements from the work of many high quality pioneers, aims to ensure that business performance runs almost without any errors. Sigma ‘σ’ is a symbol in the Greek alphabet used by statisticians to measure variability in our country. The performance of a company is measured by the sigma level of its business processes. In today's world, businesses have applied various management practices in order to meet the continuously changing customer requirements and to gain superiority over their competitors in the global markets where there is more intense competition. In this study, it is mentioned how Six Sigma studies will increase the productivity of enterprises at the management level and its effects on enterprises
