Özet: We are in the period of time in which the teams are managed, how they should be managed, and which styles the leaders adopt in the leadership point in sports, are started to be discussed and discussed. The contribution of the styles adopted by the leaders to the success is considerable. The approach of the team leaders to the athletes in the group, their role as an example, their sharing on the path to success as well as their trainer sides, keeping the athletes involved, encouraging them, giving them responsibilities in self-confidence, approaching their friends and friends, approaching their ideas and focusing on the target are the behaviours of positive leadership styles. Sometimes, the fact that the leaders exhibit highly autocratic behaviours in the team, and concentrate on the behaviours, let alone do the opposite, may adversely affect the athletes in terms of achieving the target. Athletes who are too tight or too freed suffer from loss of motivation but have problems in concentration. In this study, the leadership styles of the leaders in sports teams, as well as the behaviours they exhibited were examined.
