Özet: We are in a process in which our country is prone to important breakthroughs in the field of legal education as in many areas. Regulations and implementations related to the process of law teaching have become a necessity that needs to be revised within the scope of the “Judicial Reform Package” which has been announced to come into force gradually. The increasing number of faculties of law and the quota that continues to increase in these faculties remains incapable of providing a high quality legal education, especially building an efficient assessment and evaluation system and providing professional specialization. The legal issues of today's world have a complex and interdisciplinary nature. It is obligatory to start the professionalization process in the field of law beginning from undergraduate education as in many other fields. We are pleased to see that a significant portion of our problems related to law teaching have been tried to be put forward through scientific and professional studies and we observe that the solution proposals have been put forward to a great extent. In this study, the following main issues were tried to be addressed: 1- The importance of primary and secondary education in preparing students for law teaching. 2- The status and place of law faculties in the system of student selection and placement for undergraduate programs. 3- How to build a model curriculum that gives priority to specialization in order to improve teaching activities in law faculties by taking into consideration the solution proposals expressed in theory and practice. 4- Some problems that come into prominence for judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and notaries and solutions for these problems.
