Özet: The Law on the Use of Compulsory Turkish in Economic Enterprises, dated 10.04.1926 and numbered 805, has a history of nearly one hundred years since 1926 and has a wide field of application. According to the Law, it is obligatory for all types of companies and enterprises of Turkish nationality to use the Turkish language in all of their correspondence, transactions, contracts, accounts and books. Foreign companies and enterprises domiciled in Turkey must use the Turkish language their correspondence, transactions and contracts with commercial concerns and individuals of Turkish nationality, and in documents and books that they required by law present to Government departments or officials. Otherwise these documents shall not be used in favor of these companies and enterprises. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the current judicial decisions especially regarding the Law No. 805 which are not included in the previous works.
