Özet: Withdrawal and expulsion from the international organizations are regulated by the founding treaties of the organizations in principle. The nature and aims of the international organizations and the will of the participating states form basis for models to be adopted. This article examines the different models and The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties in case of absence of articles regarding withdrawal and expulsion in the founding treaties.
