Özet: Natural law is an important theory that has survived the ancient times with little changes. This theory has undergone different stages in the development period of two thousand and five hundred years. One of these stages is called “divine-natural law”. The most important reason for the characterization of this period by this name is that the philosophers of the period are based on the natural law with Christian theology. In our country, the ideas of Prof. Ord. Orhan Münir Çağıl who interpreted this theory from a new perspective are very important when it reached the 20th century. It appears that the theory interpreted by him within the frame of theological principles of Islam was built on methodologically, theologically and epistemologically very consistent ground. With this article, we aim to attract the attention of new generation law philosophers into these thoughts.
