Özet: Turkey, the process of upbringing judges and prosecutors before the profession is carried out as the assistant judge-prosecutor. As it is known, recently, works are underway to change this system and to bring in the assistant judge-prosecutor. In our study, there are suggestions regarding the education and internship contents of the process to be the assistant judge-prosecutor. In this proposed model, the assistant judges and prosecutors have an intermediate status in qualification. Their increasing the controlled and gradually be enabled and responsibility is aimed at developing experience. In addition, the assistant judge-prosecutors are expected to contribute positively to the workload in the courts. While designing the model, the importance of the legal clinics established in the law faculties constitutes the infrastructure during the student period and it was emphasized. On the other hand, practices related to the training of judges and prosecutors in comparative law and the method has been mentioned in some professional career in Turkey.
