Özet: Attorneyship is a professional job and among its basic it includes confidence and integrity. The consultant has the right of all information, about the legal process for a sound decision. This, has created attorney’s obligation of illuminaton. The attorney’s obligation of illumination is transfer all information, that will effected willpower of client to decide. İn this study, I tyr to examine the attorney’s obligation of illumination, that one of obligations of the attorney, at various angles.
