Özet: years. From 2006 through 2014 such process is used by Ministry of National Education (MNE) of Turkey in the field of mathematics and science education regionaly and througout the country. It has been under the responsibility of The Scientific and Technological Researh Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) for the students from 5 through 8 grades for two years . In accordence with the results of the related studies regarding these PBL strategies, the problems mentioned by the researchers for this process is still being an important issue. Therefore the related process organised by TUBITAK need to be compared with the previous one. The rules of these PBL practices and related documents were published on www.tubitak.gov.tr. At a result of content analysis of such documents, it is clearly understood that similar problems are located in TUBITAK’s organisation
