Özet: The Yenisei inscriptions are historical Turkish documents that were planted along the Yenisei River in northern Mongolia. The Orkhon Inscriptions are regarded as works erected in the eighth century in the name of Bilge Kagan, Kül Tigin and Tonyukuk and giving information about Turkish cultural history. The Uighur Inscriptions and the documents collected from the written papers are historical-cultural information forms that provide information about the Uighur Khaganate period. These works examined on the concept of ‘woman and spouse konu which are the subject of the study, while being the subject of research on le woman and spouse’ awareness in Turkish culture, It is known that in Turkish history, the woman possesses a valuable position that has the same authority as her husband's companion, in the administration (whether in the home administration or in the state administration), not seen as a commodity, not offered to various nations as a gift, not sold as a slave and not as a gift. This valuable position it has has been met with many words in daily life; However, as Gökalp has stated, "sand" has never been a "chick". In this study, in Turkish culture, the woman has a “name” and is met with many words; It has been tried to be presented with examples in how many forms the concept of 'woman and wife' are encountered.
