Özet: Hypopotasemic paralysis is a rare disease, which goes on whith muscle weakness and paralytic attacks. The attacks may be triggered by vigorous exercise, high consumption of carbohydrates, stress, infections and surgery. The activity of Na/K ATPase augmented with the increased cathecolamine release. The increased release of cathecolamines cause potassium flow into the cell and consequently paralysis. In our case we presented a male patient with asymetryc paralysis who has no symptoms other than muscle weakness in the mornings, and without family history of paralysis ,any known systemic disorder or use of medical drugs.
