Özet: The purpose of this study was to determine the competencies of elementary school administrators regarding their technology leadership roles. The sample of the study consisted of 950 teachers and 879 schools administrators. The data were collected via internet by using "Elementary School Administrators' Competencies regarding their Technology Leadership Roles Scale". Results showed that according to the views of the school administrators and teachers, fulfillment levels of roles in "Development and Evaluation", "Support", "Planning and Inspection" and "Ethics and Security" which were sub-dimensions of the above mentioned scale were high. In terms of professional seniority, there were significant differences in fulfillment of roles in sub-dimensions of "Development and Evaluation", "Support" and "Planning and Inspection" among the views of school administrators, there was no significant difference regarding their roles in "Ethics and Security" sub-dimension. In terms of educational background, no significant difference was found regarding the technology leadership roles of school administrators.
