Özet: With the objective of endowing students with proficiency and skills for computer and multimedia technologies, and to utilize and apply these technologies in education, Computer Education and Instructional Technologies departments have been established in 1998 under the education faculties of certain Turkish universities, and are currently active alongside of graduate and undergraduate programs. In this study, 133 theses were surveyed written between the years of 2002 – 2007 under the master programs of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies departments. The theses were classified according to universities, subject matters, and the research models preferred, and an attempt was made to determine research trends in light of this information.
