Özet: This study aims to measure the level of usability of the web-based annotated bibliography library application in terms of "effectiveness, efficiency, and consumer satisfaction." The application has been developed to enable researchers to save the resources they use during the literature review process as well as their comments about these resources. Database records and surveys were used for measuring respectively the effectiveness and efficiency of the application and the consumer satisfaction. In this 7-participant study, the rate of consumer satisfaction was found to be 83.14%. Of the tasks identified in advance by the researchers, the users completed the 4th task in the shortest time (8.14 s) and the 6th task in the longest time (329.17 s). Only one user failed to complete the 6th and 7th tasks. In conclusion, the application designed with effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction in mind has a high level of usability.
