Özet: This study investigated ICT teacher candidates' usage of learning activities in the Internet Based Programming course taught with Moodle and their relationships to course achievement. It was designed as a correlational research and the sample was made up of 82 students. Frequencies of activities such as viewing course website, resources, forum and discussion topics, posting messages, and checking the assignments were acquired through Moodle log files. Achievement was operationalized by students' final grades. The data were analyzed by MANOVA, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression tests. The results revealed that female students viewed the course resources significantly more than male students. The frequencies of posting messages to the discussion forum and checking the assignments were identified as the only significant and positive predictors of course achievement with an explanation of 21% of total variance in final grade.
