Özet:     In    the  21st    century  named  as  information  and  communication  age,      in  consequence  of  rapid  changes  in  technology    It  has  become  an  important  necessity  for  communities  to  generate  qualified,   enterprising   and   collaborative   individuals   who   research,   question,   reconstruct  information;  and  also  have  top  -­‐level  thinking  skills  such  as  creative  and  reflective  thinking,  decision  making  and  critical  thinking.  This  necessity  has  brought  with  it  need  for  integrating  new  technological  information  and  experiences  into  education.  Benefiting  from  all  facilities  of   new   generation   technologies   like   computer   and   Internet   efficiently   is   an   indispensable  element   for   our   present   education   system.     In   the   course   of   using   these   technologies   in  education  and  training  processes,  teachers  of  information  technologies  have  an  important  mission.   The   aim   of   this   study   is   putting   forth   information   technologies   teachers’   ideas  about  dynamic  web  technologies  use  in  education.  Qualitative  research  method  was  used  in  the   study.     The   working   group   of   this   study   consisted   of   11   teachers   of   information  technologies   who   have   been   working   in   middle   school   and   high   school.   Open-­‐ended  questions  developed  by  researchers  were  asked  to  the  working  group  and  obtained  answers  were  analyzed  and  interpreted  with  content  analysis  method.
