Özet: E-learning has been used for various purposes with the advancing technologies and the widespread Internet impact on the field of education, and with the advantages and flexibility it provides, the interest in this learning environment has increased day by day. There are many factors in determining the behavior of people, and one of the most important is the attitudes of people. Considering that attitudes also affect E-learning behaviors, it is important to determine attitudes towards E-learning. In line with this importance, this study aimed to adapt an attitude scale towards E-learning. The research group of the study consisted of 1721 students studying in different departments of Necmettin Erbakan University, Selcuk University and KTO Karatay University in Konya. The data of the study was collected by applying the attitude scale which was translated into Turkish by the researcher and whose content validity was approved by the field experts. SPSS 21.0 and LISREL 8.71 were used for data analysis. Different analysis techniques were used for reliability and validity. As a result of all these analyzes, the original scale consisting of one factor and 36 items was finalized with four factors and 23 items.As a result of the analyzes conducted for the validity of the 23-item scale, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value was determined as 0,847 and Bartlett test value was determined as (= 8821,036; p= 0,000). In addition, the scale explained 44,947% of the total variance. As a result of reliability analyzes, Cronbach Alpha value of the scale was determined as α = 0,789. In addition, the stability correlation of the scale was determined as 0,95.
