Özet: Rural land regulation, is a comprehensive application for rural settlement, rural land use, rural landscape, transportation and protection of rural development. Land consolidation applications are also the most important tool for rural land regulation studies. Land consolidation studies have many advantages, including access to the parcels, irrigation works, integration of the parcels and reduction of the project costs. Problems affecting the process are encountered in applications made within this scope. For the prevention of these problems and the success of the applications, the application process should be carried out in a way that responds to expectations such as transportation, irrigation, settlement, cost, agricultural yield. In this study, the land consolidation application in the Topraklık Neighborhood in the district of Altınekin of Konya province is examined. In the evaluation of land consolidation, the rate of consolidation, before and after application the status of the irrigation channels and roads, appropriateness and size of the parcels and the shareholding status change are taken into account. The application is contributed to the re-planning of the rural area with a land consolidation rate of 43.22%.
