Özet: There are many Zn-Pb deposits associated with carbonate rocks along the Taurus orogenic belt. There are bariteed Zn-Pb mineralizations associated with Lower-Middle Triassic carbonated rocks belonging to Aladağ unit in the northeast of Çayarası (Alanya-Antalya) where different tectonic units are observed together. Galenite and sphalerite are the ore minerals, while the barite and calcite are gangue minerals in epigenetic, stratabound mineralization. Ore veins observed in fractures and cracks characterize the vein type hydrothermal mineralization. As a result of geochemical analysis of the samples collected from the ore zones, PbO reaches a maximum of 57.10% and ZnO reaches a maximum of 33.74%. There are many tectonic structures, located in the northwest-southeast trending fault zone, is thought to be effective in mineralization.
