Özet: The Community Mental Health Model was began to be implemented in 2011 in order to reintegrated mental health disorders into society. In this process, due to time and budget constraints, the spatial needs required by the function have been solved in re-functionalized buildings. However, this solution, which was created in a short time, revealed the determination of sub-function based on space and decreased functional efficiency. Eventually, it conduce to form inefficient spaces in practice. The aim of this study is to determine the program data and the appropriate space requirements of TRSM buildings. The study, which was finalized with the approval of the Ethics Committee and the related public institution, was carried out in 11 TRSM units. In the study, the Post-Use Evaluation method was used as a data collection method, and a diagnostic level of information was provided. The rates of meeting the program data of the spaces were determined by using surveys, observations and measurements. As a result, the optimum space requirements of the function are established, their relations and relations are explained and the equipment requirements are defined in detail.
