Özet: Our cultural heritage is a collection of universal values created by previous generations. The idea of “heritage” is a unifying power that strengthens "heritage" intellectual communities all over the world and helps them successfully plan their environmental, cultural and economic future. In this study, it was investigated the possibility of Silk Road cultural trace which is an important trade route in the Anatolian region since the first ages, can form a historical corrdior. Selçuklu cities, which were selected as the study area as a triangle are located in Kayseri, Konya and Aksaray; how a cultural corridor related to natural landscape can be developed and how sustainable tourism can be sustained is examined in terms of our country. Detailed analyzes were made in relation to historical map analyzes, visual methods, qualitative data and discourses, and a regional route was created. Functioning has been done by using tourism data. These roots, which we call the "Cultural Trail Corridor", makes it possible to develop a historical road based on new administrative measures to increase the value of urban identity and heritage with the contributions of local governments. As a result, strategies and proposals have been developed for the careful conservation of our heritage, the transformation of these assets into attraction areas in terms of sustainable tourism by opening national and international tourism, and by this way ensuring sustainable development in social, cultural and economic terms.
