Özet: Education is defined as the change in behavior from birth to death that occurs in the learning process, where people gain knowledge, skills, attitudes and values. Learning environments have recently started to include places outside of the school. Museums stand out with their educational function in these out-of-school spaces. The student participates in an active learning process in the museum by researching, questioning and living. With this practice opportunity offered to students, museums have turned into practice workshops of schools. Museum education has the potential to enrich teaching in schools. Museum education serves the goals of relating the past, present and future in a meaningful way, recognizing and understanding one's own culture and other different cultures, establishing intercultural understanding and empathy. For this reason, it is important to introduce and endear museums to children at an early age, to enrich museum visits with different activities, and to transform museums into a pleasant learning environment. For this purpose, an orienteering activity was carried out in Çengelhan Rahmi Koç Museum with 20 students from the 4th grade students studying in the 2019-2020 academic year at two primary schools in Ankara's Altındağ district, and students' views on the museums were examined. The research was carried out in basic qualitative research method. Semi-structured interview forms were used in the research. Descriptive analysis technique was used to analyze the data. As a result of the study, it was concluded that, according to the answers given by the students, they enjoyed their time in the museum, wanted to visit more museums with such activities, and provided more enjoyable and permanent learning about the objects in the museum.
