Özet: Opportunity, risk and earnings/losses are purviews which explain three main factor of the entrepreneurship. In order to determine the status against risk, risk should be classified, analyzed and commentated. This is must for transfer of risk. The first step for process of taking advantage from opportunities occurred is risk analyzing. Entrepreneur has to pay attention to every kind of opportunity. However, Entrepreneur, first of all, has to absolutely, search and make a plan. As a result, earnings/losses will be output of process analyzing. Entrepreneur is focused on target value. Entrepreneur is the person who can take risk and meet all kind of result. As these results may provide profit for entrepreneur, be also source of loss
