Özet: To valid ın law the legal procedures that people make is, depend on people's ability to differentiate mentally right from wrong good from bad. Mental illnesses, retardation, drug addictions etc. for reasons of legal qualifications of persons permanently or temporarily, and may disappear. Marriage is a legal bond between women and men.For this reason, people who have signed a marriage contract must have prior legal qualification. In this study, the legal sufficiency, marriage and divorce process, concepts of nullity have been questioned. Literature and the Turkish Civil Code have been studied. The situation have been defined and discussed
