Özet: According to the researches made, it is observed that physically disabled people around the world mostly tend to come from economically lower classes and regions. It is observed that they live in inconvenient conditions. This is seen in well developed and well adjusted countries as well as others. It is no doubt that this factor is more effective in developing countries such as Turkey. The problems disabled people face is not limited with poverty and lack of occupation. Physically disabled people face issues in education and travelling and in many other areas. In a well civilised society, social justice play a great role. Local administrations in every region are responsible for the wellness of its society therefore it is important that they serve in a productive and effective way. Projects and activities related to this should be taken seriously. This study is to investigate the work of local administrations work towards the education care of physically disabled people in the society
