Özet: Beside the role and responsibilities of Governors and Head officials of districts in provinces that have recently been subjected to the discussion, it is an emerging reality that their future also comes under the queestion of inquiery. In that context, those who reside in small provinces of Turkey still have a belief in the necessity og the governing institutions regulated and appointed by the state; whereas, in big cities people have started experiencing a process in which they particularly prefer the Governors being elected as the mayor to the Governors being appointed by the state.In this article, it is discuss future of the Governor’s apointment sisytem,as completely a choice of fully political authority and exactly regardless of any rules and in Turkey
