Özet: The purpose of this research is to determine the perception of the teachers and school masters intended to evaluate e-school applications.at schools found in the prefecture of Istanbul and district of Pendik. The data involved in the research have been gathered through data collection tool named “YBSEÖ scale” prepared by Polat (2011). The relevant permission have been acquired from the relevant authorities in order to apply data collection tool survey to teachers and school masters working at public schools.In this research conducted in order to expose the opinions of teaches and masters working at public schools about e-school, we have used personal information survey as well as “YBSEÖ scale and e-school structured opinions form.Data gathered through measuring instrument are then transferred to electronic environment and analyzed in the program SPSS 16.0 as reply to questions asked in the scope of this survey purpose.The following results have been obtained in this research:It is seen that according to participants’ opinion Institution transaction and student transaction the system is “Enough”, whereas for school report period transactions and in general it is at intermediate level.When YBSEÖ scale and sub-factors points given by participants, it is seen that there is no significant difference in their opinion according to the sex, educational background, professional seniority and location where e-school is attached
