Özet: This research is done for determining the differences in job satisfaction levels created by employees’ demographic characteristics. Our study consists of three sections. In the first section; job satisfaction concept and motivation theories related to job satisfaction will be emphasized. In the second section; personal and organizational factors that affect job satisfaction will be examined. In the third section; application results will be included. A survey technique was used in this study. Reliability analysis, the test of normality, Mann Whitney U, and Kruskal Wallis analysis methods were applied to obtained data. In the research result, we concluded that employees’ demographic characteristics affect job satisfaction levels.
