Özet: In this study, the effects of individual factors varying according to the personal and characteristics of the organization employees on the level of job satisfaction were investigated. The sample of the study consists of 350 people who work in the retailing sector in the European side of İstanbul. The data collected from the employees in various departments of the retailing sector by survey method were analyzed within the framework of the research. According to the model established in the examination, individual factors; there was no significant difference, between gender, education level, working time, and average job satisfaction. Besides, individual factors; there was a significant relationship between marital status, age group, working style, and average job satisfaction.
