Özet: This study aims to analyze regional development agencies, by setting out the advanced concepts of organizational change as a method of organizational development or developed organizations. In this context, characteristics of organizational development tried to expose and the terms are “job design, work processes, organizational structure, aim-oriented, organizational culture, administrative scale, intra organizational and inter organizational relationships, client-oriented, output analysis”-which are thought to play roles in the establishment of agencies- used as an instrument to analyze old and new type of organizations.
