Özet: The purpose of this paper is to understand the nature of the relationship between organizational culture and strategy and to reveal the frame. For this purpose, the relationship between culture and organizational culture is examined and organizational culture’s elements which are norms, ceremonies and values’s functions are discussed. After the evaluation of this main points of organizational culture, the impact of strategy and strategic management on organizational culture and different approaches are examined. Therefore, an interaction between organizational culture and strategy which is complementary and transform each other is observed. When it is necessary to express the relationship between organizational culture and strategy, the descriptions made by Hofstede became ineluctable. Power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism - collectivism, masculinity - femininity cultural dimensions of the relationship between organizational culture and strategy in terms of understanding different cultures is an example of how to manifest that
