Özet: The purpose of this research, with the adoption of information technology it , human resources management HRM and to investigate whether the associated between organizational restructuring.Visits to SMEs in Eskisehir and 130 from the complete data have been obtained.IT'S adoption rate among SMEs in Eskisehir, 10 percent higher than those who have demonstrated significant differences in.IT adoption was strongly associated with employer size, organizational restructuring and investment in human resource management.The data are cross-sectional and the generalizability of the results may be limited.HRM and IT has a strong relationship with their higher employer whereas performance associated with whether or not explored. The results of the human resources function can play a role in enhancing IT.There has been little research exploring the link between HRM and IT adoption, particularly among small firms.This paper fills some of the gaps
