Özet: between employees levels of organizational commitment and perceptions of corporate social responsibility of participants. Target population of the study consists of 155 participants which was working in a private bank gets busy in Istanbul. For acquire data was used questionnaire method. For determine the level of commitment of participants was used “Three Dimensional Organizational Commitment Scale” improved by Meyer and Allen. And for evaluate the perceptions of corporate social responsibility was used “Perceived Corporate Social Responsibility Scale” improved by Swaen and Chumpitaz. Collected data was analysed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software program. For analyse the data was used the chi-square test. And as a result of these analyses was ascertained that there is not any meaningful relation between demographic features of participants and organizational commitment, sub-dimensions of organizational commitment and perception of corporate social responsibility. On the other hand as a result of these analyses was ascertained that there is a meaningful relation between perceptions of corporate social responsibility and levels of organizational commitment. In addition, as a result of this research, was ascertained that there is a meaningful relation between perceptions of corporate social responsibility of participants and emotional and normative commitment of sub-dimensional organizational commitment. But, contrary to expectations, it was be seen that there is no such a relation with continuity commitment dimension
