Özet: In this study, follow-up and collection of public receivables for provision of positive law, particularly the principle of satisfaction with money, it is aimed to test the compliance with the principles prevailing in the collection of public receivables. The research method based on scanning the relevant literature and legislation is applied in our study. The evaluation of the research findings, discussion of contemporaries and suitability taking into account the economic and social structure has been studied to analyze the systematic structure. In addition, our recommendations have been included on the subject by pointing out the shortcomings in the arrangements and practices for the collection of public receivables
