Özet: The alternatives of presidential system and semi-presidential system, which have strongly effect on executive power, have been mentioned and discussed at times. Over against political stability crisis that is one of the major issues in the parliamentary government system. Nowadays, the possibility of implementation one of these alternatives has gotten stronger than ever before. The alternative of presidential system which is expected of permanent solution to political stability issue based on especially the coalition government together with designed civil constitution is one of the major implementation. In this article, our country’s government system has been evaluated and also the subject of presidential system implementation has been debated while searching for historical origins of government system and the principle of separation of powers
