Özet: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of employees’ wage perception on behavioral intentions in tourism firms. Previously a literature review related to competence, justice, payment and scope of wages and behavioral intentions was conducted and then questionnaire was developed from the studies in the literature. Data were collected at hotels and travel agencies in Antalya and Mugla Regions by researchers in face-to-face interviews with 511 employees and were analyzed with SPSS statistical programs. Structural and convergent validity of the data have revealed with the factor analysis. Then, correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. Moreover, the differences of wage perception between two groups have revealed with t test and it was tested using a regression analysis to determine the affects of independent variables on dependent variable. As a result, research findings suggest a linear relationship between independent variables and dependent variable
