Özet: In this study the relationship between the perception of organizational justice and level of burnout of employees has been investigated. Sakarya Social Security Institution employees constitute the sample of study. Face-to-face survey method is used in the study and number of employees who participted in the research are 207. The participants of the study have normal levels of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization ; sense of low personal accomplishment is high;and the perception of organizational justice appeared to be low. While the normal level of burnout is a positive situation, low perception of organizational justice represent a negative sitution for the organization . Therefore, by examining the variables affecting the perception of organizational justice in detail, the need of taking certain measures in terms of organizational justice by the corporate managers is arised
