Özet: In this study, the financial sustainability of the two legs of the sustainability of the budget over the sustainability of the distinction between external debt and the balance of the validity of the financial sustainability of Turkey's economy has been investigated in 2002Q1-2015Q3 period. Related series of stability is analyzed with structural breaks allowing Kapetanios unit root test results that was obtained with the help of tested deficit is sustainable, while the result could be obtained regarding the sustainability of external debt. Considering the external debt service ratio, the findings could not be reached regarding the sustainability of external debt with Maki co-integration test
