Özet: The purpose of this study is to investigate effectiveness and efficiency of clothing course in art and vocational trainig courses SAMEK depend on Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality. Survey method which is frequently used in social sciences has been used in the study. Percentage distributions of the data were examined, cross table analyzes and Kruskal Wallis tests were performed. When assessed as a result of the study, it was determined that the clothing course given at SAMEK provided the effectiveness and efficiency expected of the course.
