Özet: This study aims primarily to analyze the relationship between organizational silence ve organizational commitment of employees. In addition, it will try to determine whether there is a significant difference between the employees' age, gender, educational status, total working time ve work time in the workplace, ve the dimensions of their organizational silence ve commitment. The sample of the study is composed of employees working in a company in the insurance sector operating in Istanbul. In this study, the relationship between organizational silence ve organizational commitment is discussed with sub dimensions, ve the relations between the variables ve the results of the research are tried to be supported empirically. Within the scope of the study, 128 employee ve managerial questionnaires were applied ve the results were analyzed statistically.
