Özet: In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the efficiency of OECD countries in terms of specific health indicators. It was used DEA Data Envelopment Analysis as an efficiency measurement method. Analyzes were conducted to give both technical efficiency and super efficiency scores with the assumptions of fixed return on scale CCR method and variable return on scale BCC method . Efficiency Measurement System EMS 1.3 and DEA SOLVER Learning Edition package programs were used in the analyzes. Efficient and inefficient countries’ features are also illustrated with multiple correspondence analysis. STATISTICA package programme are conducted to multiple correspondence analysis. There are 14 countries that were found to be efficient in all efficient measurement methods. Chile is the most efficient country in the input oriented CCR method, Finland, Japon and Italy are the most efficient countries in the BCC method when efficient countries ranked with super efficiency scores.
