Özet: The purpose of this research is to provide a descriptive framework on the basis of the perception of the concept of "management" in the East. In order to achieve this purpose, a comprehensive analysis was performed on the " Nizamü'l Mülk' Siyasetname" which is one of the most impressive sources of the history of management in the East and Nizamü'l Mülk's point of view regarding the management was evaluated. In the research using qualitative research method, the translation of "Siyasetname" in Turkish was analyzed by qualitative data analysis methods. In this context, based on the concepts, methodologies and conclusions about the management reached by Nizamü'l Mülk, 44 subjects and 9 themes related to the principles of management in the East have been identified. These subjects and themes are similar in terms of logical fiction with many subjects discussed in modern management understanding, but different in some subjects and offer interesting point of views.
