Özet: The efforts of individuals working within the organization influence the achievement of the organizations' goals, knowledge, skills and competences. Individuals' behavior is determinative of the efficiency, profitability and longevity of organizations. For this reason, the individual who is influencing the organization has an important place in the organizational literature of organizational behavior that delves into behaviors of groups. The purpose of this study is to show the course and direction of the last 10 years of organizational behavior literature in Turkey with the announcement of the National Management and Organization Congress which has been held regularly since 1993 and the Organizational Behavior Congress which has been held regularly since 2013. In this context, the most frequently used themes in the field of organizational behavior in the National Management and Organization Conventions and Organizational Behavior Congresses between 2006 and 2016 are examined in terms of the number of authors, the number of authors and the research methods, and it is tried to determine how the field is oriented with respect to years. As a result of the research, it is seen that the number of the papers increased with the years, and the tendency towards the more specific topics in the themes of the papers, the quantitative methods are used more in researches but they are frequently used in qualitative methods in recent years.
