Özet: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of various institutional quality factors on economic growth are estimated by the "Flexible Generalized Least Squares Method" FGLS using panel data analysis in the member of the Gulf Cooperation Council Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, such as securing property rights, establishing accountable political frameworks, establishing infrastructure to prevent corruption and securing political freedom. In the context of this study using data for the period 1995-2014, in these six Gulf Arab Countries, it has been concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between economic growth and the institutional quality variables of “Voice and Accountability” and “Control of Corruption”, there is a negative and significant relationship between economic growth and the institutional quality variables of “Rule Of Law” and “Regulatory Quality” and there is a no significant relationship between economic growth and the institutional quality variables of “Political Stability and Absence of Violence ” and “Government Effectiveness”.
