Özet: In today's conditions, all the individuals are planning their professional development with the help of their knowledge, skills and experience for trying to reach the point they are aiming to come to in their business life. However, yet at this stage of planning, personal values, attitudes and perceptions that affect career perceptions are inevitable. we can say that in the formation of many personal values influenced by the geography where they was born and grew. At this point, the question arises as to how effective demographic characteristics are in your choice of career. In this study, it is aimed that the students who are included in Y generation who are studying in Isparta Vocational School within the framework of Schein’ career anchors to determine career perceptions and whether these preferences differ according to the demographic characteristics of the students based on their geographical location.
