Özet: After the global financial crisis, the G20 as the strongest instrument of global economic governance came to the forefront. With the 2008 Summit, the G20 transformed into a leader's club, enabling new power centers to be at the forefront of global governance, thanks to its flexible structure and equitable discussion environment. Rising powers and newly emerging middle powers forces have led to the development of a much more comprehensive economic analysis in the G20 forum, "rich north-poor south". This study will examine the global governance roles of the BRICS Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa and MIKTA Mexico, Indonesia, South Korea, Turkey, Australia groups within the G20. The study will present revisionist and reformist claims against the mechanisms that must change in global governance. The examination of the demands for inclusion in governance and the opportunities and contradictions they have gained in the context of the increasing powers of emerging economies will contribute in the context of the literature "new order" debate.
