Özet: The Labor takes place among the economy as an indispensable and sine qua non of the business stock. The capitalist system in favor of labor against capital, including applications, it has become the world is governed by the capital wholly at the end of the State to the capital labor factor of field guidance had serious losses. This OXFAM Report expressed this in the title as “Reward Work/Not Wealth" and showed that the 82 percent of the world's wealth is in hands of the richest 1 percent. This study recognizes that the pioneered credit mechanism for labor of equilibrium to be installed should be judged as an effort for all. For this purpose, it has been mellowed on the etymology and definition of the labor. Labor Economics discussed relevant legal regulation as labor, business, labor capital, labor interest and labor credit associations. . Looking in the history of economic development, because of the period of labor stage of labor situation has been determined this stage production as labor and business partner will turn into a new stage. Both labor and the affiliate system are discussed, and compared the differences between them. Criteria affecting labor partnership shared as; years, information/formal business license, seniority, ability, responsibility, weight, work, on employment contracts and arbitration with the mediator. The opening of the labor for labor credit employee was proposed and the labor of employer be debited by running system was established between the capital balance. Partnership within the scope of labor credit system with innovative thinking is presented as an alternative. The proposed system was evaluated using SWOT analysis. The Study was completed on a result.
