Özet: In this study, the fact that nature events on a universal scale are vital for all, leading to massive migration movements, bringing climate refugees to an important point on the international agenda and it is guided by policy makers who will produce public policy on this issue. The aim of the research is to raise awerness at the national and international level by emphasizing the importance of climate refugees who have to migrate in context of natural phenomena such as global warning, drought and desertification, floods and earthquakes. The scope of the study constitutes the so-called climate refugees in the literature, which have to migrate to result of the nature events that occur together with climate changes in the world. As method, literature review, quantitative and qualitative data, technical and analytical reports published by institutions and organizations are used.
