Özet: Support models are implemented in Turkey and around the world to support entrepreneurs. Developing new models within the framework of Public - Private Sector Cooperation is important in terms of spreading the culture of entrepreneurship and thus increasing the level of economic prosperity. There is not much practice in publicprivate sector cooperation or partnership in support of entrepreneurship. Although public-private sector cooperation practices are mostly used to support and finance infrastructure investments, they have also begun to support entrepreneurship in recent years. In this study, regarding the promotion of entrepreneurship in the framework of public-private partnerships in the world and are given to the best practices in Turkey. The results of the sample applications were examined and evaluated in general. Exemplary applications are in need of development because they are publicly weighted or responsibility is mostly public. Sometimes it is seen that these practices are strong on the part of civil society but the private sector is not sufficiently represented. As a result, it has been determined that Public - Private Sector Cooperation has not been developed sufficiently in the field of supporting entrepreneurship and suggestions have been made on the development of this field.
