Özet: This study aims to investigate the relationship between the organizational trust and individual job performance. The sample group of the research is composed of 100 bank employees who are active in the Mersin. In the scope of the study, Organizational Trust Scale which is composed of three dimensions in total consisting of manager trust, coworkers trust and organizational trust scale was used for data collection devoloped by Nyhan and Marlowe 1997 , Cook and Wall 1980 and adopted by Omarov 2009 . Individual Job Performance scale was used for data collection devoloped by Kirkman ve Rosen 1999 and adopted by Altaş and Kuzu 2013 . Statistical methods used in this research can be summarized as Student t test one way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation test, canonical correlation and regression analysis which were performed by using IBM SPSS 24 Demo Version. According to research findings indicate that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between manager, coworkers, organizational trust and individual job performance. Moreover, research findings indicate that empathic tendency has a positive effect on communication skills. It was also found that trust dimension to coworkers had an effect on individual performance.
